Andrew was born and raised in San Francisco and is a Mission District native. Andrew graduated from San Francisco State University with a Political Science BA and started his professional career working in Public Health and Communication with the San Francisco Latino Task Force. Andrew is responsible for operating social media marketing and bringing new eyes to the Calle 24 Latino Cultural District
