About the event
What if addiction is not only about the substance itself—but about where we direct our attention, our energy, and ultimately, our consciousness?
That question lies at the heart of Algiin Ford’s Silent Assassin: My Addictive Mind, a deeply personal and provocative solo performance that examines addiction, identity, consciousness, incarceration, resilience, and transformation.
After more than two years of writing, performing, rewriting, expanding, and refining the work—segment by segment, line by line—Ford will bring the World Premiere of the completed work to San Francisco's Brava Theatre Center on October 15 and 16, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.
Written and Performed by Algiin Ford
