About the event
EXISTIR ES RESISTIR is a tribute to the resilience of our community. As culture keepers, we move through the world, guided by your ancestors and held by the strength of each other. This work is a celebration of identity, resistance, and the vibrancy of culture that continued to bloom, despite eraser, displacement, and oppression.
"This series has been almost a year in the making. I am so happy to finally share this exhibit with you. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities to be the RAÍCES fellow and to create this work in collaboration with my community.
