About the event
This 90-minute session invites students, healthcare providers, and community members to slow down, reflect, and connect around one of the most pressing challenges of our time.
Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and group dialogue, you’ll explore personal and collective responses to climate change in a non-judgmental space. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, connected, and inspired to move through your feelings around the climate crisis.
