About the event
The free, all-ages, all-genres Open Mic Night returns to CMC! If you’re working out a tune, want to give it a try on stage, meet some other musicians in the community, you’re invited to join the fun. Whether you’ve got an original piece or a cover, are practicing for a recital, workshopping something that’s half-complete—the mic is yours! Come hang, encourage one another, and step into the spotlight. It’s low-pressure and inclusive.
All musical styles and levels are welcome, from vocalists to bands, chamber groups to rock & roll, and everything in between. Open to CMC students, faculty, and local community musicians.
How to Perform:
Performers will sign up at the event, first-come, first-served. Advanced RSVP is appreciated to help us plan, but does not guarantee your spot in the lineup.
