SAN FRANCISCO, CA - With You Productions and Brava for Women in the Arts announce "Stories That Change Us," a transformative storytelling workshop series designed to amplify immigrant voices and counter harmful narratives through the power of personal storytelling. Facilitated by Kat Evasco, this free three-session workshop culminates in a public performance at the Brava Theater Center on December 7, 2024.

In response to increasing anti-immigrant rhetoric in the current election cycle, "Stories That Change Us" empowers participants to reclaim their narratives and contribute to a more nuanced public discourse on immigration. Through intensive writing and performance training, participants will develop powerful 2-3 minute personal narratives that bridge the personal and political.
