Our meditation class is open to anyone who is curious about reconnecting with their inner self, cultivating calm, and finding balance in everyday life.
In each session, we will learn simple practices such as conscious movement, contemplation of breathing, observation of body sensations, and mindfulness. In addition, we offer a talk and a space for group exchange.
Meditation and mindfulness help us reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and strengthen our connection with ourselves. It is a space to pause the accelerated pace of life and observe, without judgment, everything that arises within us.
These teachings do not interfere with any spiritual or religious belief; on the contrary, they can be friendly and complementary to any of them.
No previous experience or special status is required, only the willingness to explore the inner world with curiosity. Over time, meditation can become a powerful tool to cultivate well-being, self-compassion,…
