Enhance your well-being with an empowering art journaling session where you will create your self-portrait using accessible art materials. Through collage, water-based painting, and writing, you'll learn to express your experiences while building resilience.

Together, we'll explore and release limiting beliefs tied to fear and confusion during anti-immigrant times - supporting ourselves and each other in the process.


Price: $40 includes film screening Materials: Bring a notepad + printed image of you or a loved one.
