About the event
Join MCCLA for an empowering community meeting to shape the future of MCCLA!
"Art is how the community sees itself in its struggle for liberation. MCCLA is the space where this happens in the Mission District, and this is why we need to re-envision MCCLA as a self-sufficient and self-determining organization."
CALL TO ACTION:
This meeting is your chance to join the movement to build a self-sustaining MCCLA. Let's move away from reliance on city, state, and federal funding and create a model that truly uplifts and supports the needs of BIPOC artists and cultural bearers.
MCCLA Goal:
To establish an organization rooted in self-determination and long-term sustainability. The future of MCCLA and the education and support of our BIPOC artists depend on it.
